• Provide 2 reasons/examples of why you transpose; we transpose instruments to have us all playing the same pitch, because French Horn is stressful and we must transpose to make sure we play concert pitch. We also transpose to sing/play in a more friendly range. If it is too high for, say, an alto singer, we can transpose the music a whole step lower (or any amount wanted) to make it more comfortable.
